Caerffynnon is a stone-built, semi-detached cottage set two miles from the village of Dyffryn Ardudwy and close to Harlechand Barmouth. This cottage sleeps four people and has four bedrooms consisting of two doubles and two singles as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for 2 cars and a front lawned garden with furniture.
